COVID-19 Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, we ask that all patients who require appointments phone Reception on 01382 228228 and DO NOT attend in person to do so. All requests for appointments will be Triaged by our Reception staff in the first instance.

If you are experiencing coronavirus symptoms you should stay at home and self-isolate for 7 days. Please visit www.nhsinform.scot/coronavirus for the up-to-date information. If your symptoms worsen (or last longer than 7 days) then you should call NHS24  on 111 for further advice. Please only phone the Surgery for non-coronavirus queries.

If you have questions regarding the COVID19 vaccination programme, please visit NHSInform.scot for information.

Tay Court Surgery will not be able to provide you with evidence of your COVID vaccination status. If you wish to have a record of your COVID vaccinations please read the following document How to view your COVID19 vaccinations.

Normal GP Surgery hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday on a rota system. We also offer extended hours appointments from 0700-0800 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you wish to make an appointment please contact our receptionists on 01382 228228 or use our Online Services. The receptionist will ask for your details and a brief description of your condition so they can offer you an appointment with the appropriate doctor or nurse.

Please remember that not all conditions will require that you need to be seen in person by a GP. Our nurses are able to treat a range of minor conditions. When requesting an appointment, our reception staff will ask you for a short description of your condition in order that we can provide you with the most suitable appointment.

Please note the following:

  • Appointments are for one patient only.
  • Please attend for your appointment on time. Patients who attend more than 10 minutes after the appointment time will not be seen.

Cancellations & Lost Appointments

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If you do not cancel an appointment  in time  then the appointment will be wasted.
