COVID-19 Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, we ask that all patients who require appointments phone Reception on 01382 228228 and DO NOT attend in person to do so. All requests for appointments will be Triaged by our Reception staff in the first instance.

If you are experiencing coronavirus symptoms you should stay at home and self-isolate for 7 days. Please visit www.nhsinform.scot/coronavirus for the up-to-date information. If your symptoms worsen (or last longer than 7 days) then you should call NHS24  on 111 for further advice. Please only phone the Surgery for non-coronavirus queries.

If you have questions regarding the COVID19 vaccination programme, please visit NHSInform.scot for information.

Tay Court Surgery will not be able to provide you with evidence of your COVID vaccination status. If you wish to have a record of your COVID vaccinations please read the following document How to view your COVID19 vaccinations.

 Temporary Update

Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic we have changed our normal appointments procedure. All requests for appointments will be triaged by our Reception staff and you may be offered a callback by a clinician if appropriate.

 

 

Lunchtime Closures

With effect from Wednesday 14th May 2014 the Surgery will be closed every Wednesday between 12:30 and 13:30.  If you require medical assistance, please telephone the Surgery as normal and a receptionist will be able to help you. Please note that during this time we will only be able to provide medical assistance/advice and will not be able to give you information regarding other matters such as repeat prescriptions, booking appointments, etc.
