COVID-19 Due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic, we ask that all patients who require appointments phone Reception on 01382 228228 and DO NOT attend in person to do so. All requests for appointments will be Triaged by our Reception staff in the first instance.

If you are experiencing coronavirus symptoms you should stay at home and self-isolate for 7 days. Please visit www.nhsinform.scot/coronavirus for the up-to-date information. If your symptoms worsen (or last longer than 7 days) then you should call NHS24  on 111 for further advice. Please only phone the Surgery for non-coronavirus queries.

Tay Court Surgery will not be able to provide you with evidence of your COVID vaccination status. If you wish to have a record of your COVID vaccinations please read the following document How to view your COVID19 vaccinations.

Test Results

test_vials2When you attend for a test of any kind you will be told how long you should expect to wait for the results. Please bear this in mind and only call the surgery after sufficient time has elapsed.

It is not normally necessary for patients to call for test results as if there are any issues with the result then the Surgery will contact you. However, if you feel that you do wish to know the result please call the Surgery between 2pm and 4pm. Please do not call for results outwith this time. Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
