At Tay Court Surgery we provide a range of clinics and surgeries which are run within the normal surgery hours. If you would like any further information regarding these clinics or wish to book an appointment, please ask a receptionist who will be happy to help you. The aim of these clinics is to prevent or control diseases at as early a stage as possible.
Starting in February 2025 we are changin gthe way in whch we manage and monitor Chronic Diseases. If you have one or more of the Chronic Diseases in the following list you will now receive an invite for you Annual Review during the month of your birthday. The invite will be sent to you via the MedLink service and will invite you to complete an online questionnaire and, if required, advise you to arrange an appointment at the Community Care & Treatment Service (CCTS) to have your bloods, blood pressure, height and weight checked. The result will all be returned to the Surgery for review and you will be contacted with the outcome.
